I am a service & product designer, design researcher, and design strategist.

I am a Senior Designer with a passion for improving the human experience across all parts of people's lives. I believe in the power of design to solve complex problems, bringing this across sectors from healthcare to tech, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, build design practice, and translate ambiguous strategy into scalable services that work for both the people being served and the people delivering them.

My approach is rooted in developing a deep understanding of the people I design for, co-creating with communities rather than designing for them. Drawing on a background in social impact, human-centered research, sustainability, and experience design, I bring an equity-centered lens to every project, using frameworks I have helped build to uncover and meet the needs of historically underserved populations. I believe the best services and products are those that reflect the lived experiences of the communities they serve.
